Happy 2nd Quarter everyone! That went by fast! This quarter we have two very special Work-a-versaries to celebrate!
Zaida Arroyo and Tim Delikat.
Zaida has been with Roche Surety and Casualty Co., Inc. for 22 Years! (no that is not a typo)! Zaida started off as our receptionist in 2004 during a time of transition and rapid growth for our company and she was quickly snagged from that position and placed in the Operations Department where she serves as one of team Roche’s most integral roles of service to our agents!
Tim Delikat, our Controller has been with us for 3 years and hit the ground running with major technology shifts in our systems, required audits and financial reporting all while managing the team in accounting encompassing several hundred accounts for our agents across the country!
Kudos to this quarter’s anniversaries!
