Florida Statute 648 Changes To Florida Legislation 2023 - Roche Surety

As many of you are well aware, major changes were made during the past legislative session to Florida Statute 648. We have just recently received approval on two brand new courses with new course numbers to reflect these changes and updates. Our provider is pleased to be able to bring these courses in person to both Ocala and Tampa.
We do encourage you to take advantage of these courses as these changes directly affect you and your agencies and how you operate. They also effect the ownership and licensing requirements for bail agents in Florida. Both of these 4 Hour courses will take a deep dive into these changes to ensure that you leave our class well aware of the changes.
